It is composed of base, moving frame and driving system, top frame, four guide pillars, upper and lower tires and rotary drive, rolling riveting components and electric control system, etc. It is used for riveting cylinder body and upper and lower end caps together.
The structure of the machine is basically the same as that of the flanging machine.
The mould is different from the tension core. The upper and lower moulds are disc structure, which coincides with the upper and lower end caps. They are made of Cr12MoV with hardness of HRC56 or more.
Rolling riveting assembly is composed of servo motor, gear (or synchronous belt), ball screw pair, linear guide pair and rolling wheel (flattening); it is used to complete the flattening of cylinder body and end cover, and complete riveting work.
