1 Overview
The equipment adopts two 12-position arrangement, fixture motor drive lifting, fixture internal mold electric heating, external mold temperature machine heating. It satisfies the foaming requirement of cyclopentane.

2.1 preheating time: greater than 1.5min;
2.2 preheating temperature: 30 to 70 degrees.
2.3 curing time: 240 seconds (any adjustable in 0--999 seconds).
2.4 curing temperature: 30~60 degree adjustable.
2.5 blowing agent type: POL mixed cyclopentane +ISO
2.6 design and production capacity: 15 seconds / stage.
